Baffour Gyawu provides leadership for this vibrant local consulting firm as the Lead Partner. Baffour has not only been associated with assurance and tax services in a recognized local accounting practice firm, but has over twenty three (23) years hands-on experience working as a professional in reputable national and multinational organizations within the aviation, manufacturing, plantation, estates development, banking and non-banking, mining, business process outsourcing and consulting industries. Baffour worked in key managerial positions in Treasury, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Controllership and Internal Auditing in reputable multinational and governmental companies such as Unilever Ghana, Goldfields Ghana, Newmont Ghana, ACS-BPS Ghana Limited and Ghana Civil Aviation Authority. In the banking and non-banking sector, Baffour had the opportunity to work as Assistant Financial Controller in Prudential Bank and as an Implementing Consultant with the team of consultants of Internationale Projekt Consult to set up the first multinational savings and loans company in Ghana.

Ruth E. Akpeloo is a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), holds a BSc in Management and Higher National Diploma in Accounting. She is the Associate Manager in charge of Accounting Services, having gained over 14 years hands-on experience in basic book keeping, advanced accounting and treasury management in local and multinational organizations in the Information Technology, Banking, Oil and Gas industries. Ruth has great skills in designing and implementing business solutions for the small and medium enterprises having worked as an Implementing Consultant to International Projetkt Consult, a firm specialized in the design of business solutions for SMEs in the area of accounting and financing.
Gordon Kuukang Nuurbaare, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (Ghana). He holds MBA in Finance and has over 20 years working experience in Credit Control, Accounting, Finance, and Auditing. He has been associated with audits in various sectors, but with specialization in Aviation, Hospitality, Health and governmental projects. As an Associate Manager of BGJ Consult in charge of Assurance business, Gordon has specialty in analyzing complex business operations and financial systems to improve processes. He has expertize in executing Internal Audit function to add value to internal business processes. Gordon actively facilitates training programs in accounting and internal audit practices.
